Working with the New South Wales Electoral Commission (NSWEC) since 2005, eGloo develops, tests and implements the Virtual Tally Room (VTR).
The voting public uses the VTR to monitor up-to-date election results during the State Government Elections (SGEs) and Local Government Elections (LGEs).
eGloo is responsible for developing and maintaining the XML middleware extracted from databases to assist VTR page functionality and display real-time election results. The XML content is also distributed to other external agencies like the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), who use it to assist Antony Green and their election night public-facing initiatives.
We have successfully delivered several projects for the NSWEC with deadlines that do not move. In addition, our involvement since 2005 has given us a thorough understanding of the electoral process at a State Government level.
